STEP1Access the New Member Registration Page
STEP2Enter Required Information
Please enter each item according to the specified input conditions.
※Please enter your name in full-width Katakana.
※You can set your own password. Please choose a password you can easily remember and register it according to the input conditions.
※Please do not enter hyphens '-' in the phone number.
After entering all specified items, please read the Membership Terms. The 'Register with these details' button will become active; please click it.
STEP3Completion of Temporary Registration
If there are no issues with the entered information, the temporary registration completion screen will be displayed.
Once temporary registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.

Please access the 'Automatic Authentication URL' provided in the email to complete your registration.
STEP4Completion of Full Registration
Once full registration is complete, a registration completion email will be sent to you. You can check the details you registered from 'Change Member Info' on My Page after logging in to Japan Bus Online.
