About Consumption Tax

1. Fares and charges for bus/railway routes include consumption tax.
2. In the case of cancellation or refund due to customer's convenience, refund fees determined by each company (convenience store payment, online travel agencies like Nippon Travel Agency/JTB) are subject to consumption tax. (There may be cases where tax-included and tax-excluded prices are shown)

1. In case of credit card payment or code payment (d Payment, PayPay, Aupay) on the website, notification will be sent via email after ticket settlement.
2. In case of convenience store payment after reservation on the website, tickets will be provided at the store (provided by Wellnet).
3. In case of online travel agencies (online services of Nippon Travel Agency/JTB) after reservation on the website, notification will be sent via email etc. after settlement.
4. In case of purchase at bus/railway operator counters after reservation on the website, tickets will be issued.

It varies depending on the WEB route and fare type. Please pay by the date and time displayed on the reservation screen. It is also stated in the reservation email.

However, in some cases, credit card payment is required at the time of reservation.
