What can I do if I lost the confirmation email/e-ticket?

  • After a reservation is made, if you fail to receive the Itinerary by email ,
    you can request resending the Itinerary via "Review a Reservation" of "Review・ Change・ Cancel" Page.
    Try another email address if you cannot receive emails from us.
  • After a payment is made, if you fail to receive the confirmation by email ,
    you can request resending the confirmation email via "Review a Reservation" of "Review・ Change・ Cancel" Page.
    Try another email address if you cannot receive emails from us.

What do I do if I lost the bus ticket?

Please confirm where the ticket was issued.
To identify the way of issuing a ticket , please refer to Information on "Payment Methods"

Can I cancel my reservation?

  • If you have not yet completed the payment,
    you can cancel the booking via "Cancel Reservation" of "Review・ Change・ Cancel" Page.
    A cancellation fee will not be charged.
  • If you have already paid by credit card through this site,
    you can cancel the booking via "Cancel Reservation" of "Review・ Change・ Cancel" Page.
    Please note a cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If a reservation is not made at this site
    We are unable to deal with any cancellations which you made with other sources.
    Please follow the instructions stated on your tickets to proceed with the cancellation.

Can I change the number of passengers, or change to another bus service?

  • Change the number of passengers
    If you have not yet completed the payment, you can edit the number of passengers via "Reduce number of Passengers" of "Review・ Change・ Cancel" Page.
    If a payment is already made, please cancel your original reservation and submit a new reservation.
  • Change a bus service, or travel date.
    Change cannot be made after a reservation is made. If you want to make a change, please cancel the original reservation and make a new one.

Can I book the ticket for my friends?

Yes, but please fill in the name of passenger who takes the bus.

Why my reservation was being cancelled?

Reservation will be cancelled automatically under the following circumstances:
  • If payment is not settled by 17:00, 2 days before the scheduled departure.
  • A payment is not received 7 days after the reservation is submitted.

I forgot the phone number I used in the reservation.

You can check from the confirmation email, which the reservation details are listed.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made 1 month in advance of departure

How can I make a round-trip reservation?

Tickets are one-way (single) leg. Please book your outbound and return tickets on separate one-way tickets.

Why I just got a partial refund of my cancellation?

All paid reservations are subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation cannot be performed if there is insufficient credit balance that the cancellation fee cannot be withdrawn from your account.

Can I select my seat?

Seat selection is not available.

I lost something on the bus. What can I do?

Please contact the operating bus company directly for enquiries on lost property.
Name of the operating bus company and its contact are stated on the confirmation email.

How can I get a ticket on the disabled fare?

When selecting a number of passengers, please input the number of disabled adult or disabled child.
However, you are requested to show the disability certificates in order to be eligible for the discount.
If you fail to show the certificates, you may be asked to pay back the fare difference.

I want to book a midnight bus.

Select the time of departure, and follow the same procedure as other normal bus services.
However, the reservation of the midnight bus closes at 17:00, 2 days before the departure.

Can I get a receipt of my reservation?

A receipt can be issued for reservation which is paid by credit card on this site.
You can make use of the "Print a Receipt" function under "Review Reservation" of "Review・ Change・ Cancel" Page.
